Via Cassia continues to innovate. To better meet the many needs of its clientele, the Café and Market Via Cassia undertook renovations, completed on January 1, 2015. Customers can benefit now from a more diverse range of products and coffee shop space.

In addition, our concept of ready-to-eat is becoming increasingly popular. We serve sandwiches from our well varied menu with a great selection of garnishes. As for lovers of fresh bread they can delight in the products prepared by Maison Cousin. Our success lies in the fact that we are listening to our customers.
